Venezuela TPS and Immigration Changes: My Conversation With Unión Radio Noticias

This morning, I joined Unión Radio Noticias to discuss the uncertainty many Venezuelans are experiencing as immigration policies and protections continue to change in the United States.
During the interview, we spoke about the end of TPS protections for many Venezuelans, concerns surrounding work authorization and immigration enforcement, travel outside the United States, asylum, voluntary departure, and the difficult decisions many families are now facing.
We also discussed something that is sometimes overlooked: the emotional impact these rapid changes can have not only on immigrants and their families, but also on the legal professionals and staff working with them every day.

Immigration law is changing quickly, and circumstances can be very different from one person to another. Before making an important decision about travel, remaining in the United States, filing an immigration application, or leaving the country, it is important to understand how current law applies to your individual situation.
My sincere thanks to the hosts and the entire Unión Radio Noticias team for inviting me and for giving their audience an opportunity to stay informed about these important issues.
