This week, I had the opportunity to join Agustín Acosta and Carlos Acosta on Actualidad Radio, where I answered important questions about the recent reinstatement of the national registry for undocumented immigrants in the U.S. This registration requirement, which has existed under Section 262 of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, is now being actively enforced. I explained who needs to register, how to complete the process, and the potential penalties for non-compliance.

Additionally, we discussed the newly proposed gold card residency program, which offers a fast-track option for individuals investing $5 million or more in the U.S.
